MPOWER Refund And Exchange Policy
- $500 reservation deposits are fully refundable until you have reviewed and accepted your quote from MPOWER. Upon your acceptance of the quote, your deposit is no longer refundable.
- Return or exchange requests for reason of manufacturing or design defects or improper installation (provided such installation was performed by an MPOWER Certified Installer) are subject to the manufacturer’s warranty and may not be returned or exchanged except as provided therein.
Please contact us directly at info@mpowersolutions.ca for further information. Return or exchange requests for any other reason, including product dissatisfaction or unsuitability and defects not covered by the MPOWER Warranty are not permitted.
